The home offers three thoughtfully designed bedrooms for a restful stay. The primary bedroom features a plush king bed, the second bedroom includes an oversized, ultra-comfortable king bed, and the third bedroom offers a queen bed with an additional futon sofa for flexible sleeping arrangements. With 2.5 bathrooms, the layout is perfect for families or groups traveling together.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek stone countertops, refreshed cabinetry, and all the essentials to prepare meals with ease. Step outside to the spacious private deck, where you can soak in the hot tub, fire up the BBQ, or unwind by the fire pit while enjoying beautiful mountain views.

Whether you’re unwinding by the fire or taking in the scenery from our wraparound deck, we want this to feel like your home away from home. A Few Helpful House Guidelines
To ensure everyone has a wonderful experience, here are a few things to keep in mind:
🌟 Guest & Booking Info
The primary renter must be 30 years or older.
Our home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests, per city/county regulations. We kindly ask that you respect this limit, as violations may result in eviction and additional charges.
🚗 Parking & Security
A maximum of 4 cars are allowed on the property, including visitor vehicles.
Security cameras are in place for home protection. They help ensure safety and compliance with house rules, but they do not intrude on guest privacy. Please do not tamper with them. They are only on the outside of the house. No cameras inside our house.
🔥 Fireplace Safety
For fireplace safety, keep the metal screen closed at all times and never leave a fire unattended. Please burn only one log at a time to prevent hazards.
Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited in Big Bear due to fire risk.
🏡 Keeping Our Home Cozy & Clean
We love keeping our carpets soft and clean, so we kindly ask you to remove your shoes indoors, especially during winter months.
Please keep indoor furniture inside and outdoor furniture outside—extra chairs are available in the downstairs closet if needed.
While a professional cleaning service is provided after your stay, we appreciate you washing and putting away any dishes you use. A dishwasher is available for your convenience. If extra cleaning is required, a $50 fee may apply.
🗑 Trash & Departure Instructions
Please take all trash to outside bins and make sure to use the lock to keep animals out.
Before you check out, we kindly ask you to:
✅ Turn off all lights (inside & outside).
✅ Lock all doors and windows.
✅ Set the thermostat to 50°F and the spa to 80°F.
✅ Let us know if anything needs attention so we can take care of it.
🚭 No Smoking & No Drugs
To keep our home fresh and enjoyable for all guests, we have a strict no-smoking and no-drugs policy inside the home.

The cabin was in wonderful condition when we came in for our first night here. We had all the essentials that were needed for a trip and there were many things left in the cabin for convenience (cooking supplies, spices, utensils, etc.) and all the things you’d need for a basic house. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were very clean, bathrooms were also lovely and clean. Overall no complaints and only compliments!

Great place for the quiet family stay. Patio/balcony area is pretty nice and you have wonderful view.
This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Well worth it. The house has all the amenities. But the jacuzzi and the patio adds to it. But the real prize is the hill next to the house. With lots of snow, you don’t need to go anywhere. This is where we have all the family memories. All day we spend going down the hill. Best part of the trip. Real plus is when you ask them a question. You get immediate response. I hope to go back again next year.
Victoria Ann DavisOur family had a great getaway here! It was clean and comfortable and close to Bear Mountain Resort for skiing, and we found lots of wonderful trails to hike. We like to cook, and super appreciated the perfectly equipped kitchen, and it worked out great to have the mud room nearby for boots and jackets. The deck is awesome, and there was easy parking for all of us. We want to make it a new tradition! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
